Returns & Refunds Policy

No returns for change of mind

Our products are temperature- and handling-sensitive research materials. Once they leave our facility we can't guarantee their condition, so we don't accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind or ordering mistakes.

Damaged, defective or wrong product

Email [support@yourdomain.com] within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a short description. We review each case against our dispatch records. If approved, we send a prepaid return label (when needed) and ship a replacement or refund your original payment method.

Missing item

Tell us as soon as possible. Every order is photographed before it ships; once verified, we send what's missing at no cost.

Lost package

If the carrier confirms a loss and can't recover the package, we reship at no cost. If tracking shows "delivered", we consider delivery complete and don't reship free of charge, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Posting time depends on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve things faster directly. Chargebacks opened without contacting us, or for change of mind, may lead to account suspension.

We may cancel and refund any order if we have reason to believe it will not be used for research purposes.
