All products are sold solely for lawful in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption or use, and are not drugs, foods, cosmetics or dietary supplements. They have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

By purchasing, you represent and warrant that you will use the products only for lawful laboratory research, that you are qualified to handle them, and that you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations and safety guidelines.

3. No advice

Information on this website is provided for identification and documentation purposes only. We do not provide medical, veterinary or usage advice of any kind.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing errors at any time. An order is accepted only when payment is confirmed. Payment instructions are sent by email after you place your order.

5. Right to refuse or cancel

We may refuse, limit or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we have reason to believe products will not be used for research purposes, where information provided is inaccurate, or where an order appears fraudulent. Any payment received for a cancelled order is refunded.

6. Shipping, risk and title

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, subject to the remedies described in our Shipping and Returns policies.

7. Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis, products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any misuse of products.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NF7 Research and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use, handling or misuse of products, or your breach of these terms.
