Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We do not offer international shipping from this site, and orders with delivery addresses outside the United States are not accepted. Express service does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Order preparation

Orders received before [set cutoff time] ET, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders received after that time, on weekends or on holidays ship the next business day. When your order ships, we email you the tracking number.

Every order is checked, photographed and packed protected from light and temperature changes (insulated packaging).

Options & cost

Transit times count from dispatch and exclude weekends and holidays. They are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

• Standard (2–5 business days): $12.95 — free on orders from $200.00
• Express (1–2 business days): $34.95

Tracking & delays

Once the carrier has the package, delivery is under its control. If tracking shows no movement for 5 business days, email [support@yourdomain.com] with your order number and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Marked delivered but not received

Please check around the door, your mailbox, with neighbors or building management, and allow up to 24 hours. If the package still hasn't appeared, contact us and we'll help you open a claim with the carrier.

Delivery address

Please check your address before confirming your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you spot an error, tell us as soon as possible — we'll correct it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Research use only

All products are sold exclusively for laboratory research to eligible buyers and are not for human or animal consumption. We may cancel and refund any order if we have reason to believe it will not be used for research purposes.
